I got one from currys and it's not working at all I paid $800 is not working I bought it on the 6th of January I only used it for 15 minutes that's testing it it didn't work up till now I tried to return it the decline saying they won't collect it back it's only 15 km or something yeah 15 km on it it doesn't even move at all My 800 euro is going to the trash it's not working and I'm not happy about it if you can help me out to increase the speed please help me because they won't take it back and it's just there in the house nobody can use it even my 17 years old son step on it it didn't work I bought it all because of my job now I am still tracking going to walk if you can help me increase the speed please let me know thank you

Sorry to hear you had bad time with the riley as well.got mine from currys as well and nothing but problems.constant punctures.cant find a way to increase power either sadly but sounds like for you it could be a dodgy battery.id keep on at currys to swap it or contact riley.hope u have some success mate
