Yay!! I was the one that wanted you to do a Top 10 video on these :) I have similar coloring to you and I already have the Electric Violet and love it!! It's not the most pigmented ever but I find that it builds & blends really easily and with fair skin it is nice to be able to control the level of pigment a bit. I also find that pink & red shadows just make me look ill or like I've been crying all day. I think I'll pick up that thunderstorm palette and the spice palette next!

I love Lipgloss Leslie's videos and channel. She's such a swertheart! I want the thunderstorm palette and the crimson one, the blush palette just didn't work for me. It was chalky with no color payoff.

This was super helpful! I usually find drug store palettes lacking, but I may have to pick up the jewel rocks palette. The color story is beautiful and it is nice to hear that the quality is there.

As someone who's been lusting over mustard/yellow shades lately I'm tempted to buy sooooo many of these palletes ahhhh.

Loved this video. I'm a big fan of the Rimmel palettes. Currently I have both the Blush Edition and the Electric Violet Edition. I adore both of them. I generally use the Blush palette for every day and the Violet palette for date nights and special occasions.

Who said all you can use is a matte shade in the crease? I use whatever color I want even if it's a shimmer I'll use it in the crease as long as it's the color and look I want I use whatever finish...there are NO rules when it comes to makeup, the only rule I do is if it's a super shimmer only on the lids but every other finish is fair game where ever I want it!😙😙😙😙

Such a fun video Jen! I am fair/light too and struggle with finding decent matte transition shades in many palettes. I have two eye shadow singles I use with other palettes all the time. For a cooler tone I use Urban Decay Laced. For a warmer tone I use L’Oréal Little Beige Dress. You mention that Rimmel eyeshadows are good for the price. I’m curious if they would make your top three favorite drugstore eyeshadow brands? I want good eyeshadow, regardless of price. 👍🏻😁

I have a few of these, but I didn't realize there were 10 of them. Definitely going to plan to add a couple more to my collection. Thus far my favorite is the spice edition.

I got the crimison one violet and jewels ur color one is our wow here in Australia but there 18 dollars each here and some come with a free primer the blush spice and wow one does the rest doesn't we dont have the thunderstorm color rainbow one

are some of the blues repeats in some of the pallets? some seem similar. i'd love to try some of the colors but i'm full up on neutrals/browns and don't wear red around my eyes. i agree. it makes them look irritated and like one is sick.

I appreciate your taking the time to reply. I do agree that you can't really consider everyone's coloring when doing a review. Nor do I expect you to put forth false opinions in your video. Maybe I was trying to say (and not doing it very well) was that I appreciate a review of a product that's was more neutral, based more on the attributes, I.e. colors, the product and how it applies (I'm searching for a word, can't find it, sorry) but you get the basics. I have 4 of the palettes, Electric Violet, Wow, Nude and Crimson. I also want to add Smoke but not Blush because I have UD 3. All of these palettes are absolutely tops in every way and since I've been wearing shadow for a great many years I'm pretty accomplished at this. Long story short I do very much enjoy your videos, especially where you opened up your drawers and shared your collection. I just think your vids would go farther, become more professional if they were based on more than your personal opinion. Thanks for listening, it was all meant kindly.

One year later....it’s $14 now at Walgreens 🤦‍♀️ I will buy it anyway 👏🏽 I am a satin/shimmer eye girl, blended out with a skintone matte to blend it out. I have so many of those mattes so for palette I am on the lookout for all colour shimmer / satins. Perfect for this old gal!

I've been looking for the Thunderstorm and Wow editions in Walmart but no luck! They've only had the older ones

I actually didn't realize there were so many of these palettes now! My favorite is the Nude Edition which is funny because I didn't like the Naked palette (I think I wasn't able to work with all the shimmers). I really wanted to try the Spice and Crimson ones, but I didn't think I could pull off those shades. After watching this though, I think I'm going to risk it and try the Spice palette.
