I called Ring Central after watching your video; however, my very first experience was horrible. I went online, completed the form, booked an appointment and received my first call. Everything was going well until I was transferred to Irene/Syrene with Ring Central who was not listening to me (as though she was busy working on something else). I kept having to repeat myself and began to get frustrated. I asked to speak with a supervisor and not get transferred. I am a busy business owner and had hoped that I would experience the "excitement" that you displayed in your video. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE experience

Agree there sales team is horrible we have about 200 users in this system. Funny thing is they wanna chanrge us to teach us how to use there system and my account partner asks me how to do things in Ringcentral. It leaves be the the feeling why should I pay you 2 grand for you to teach me when I have to teach you all the time.
