This song speaks my current relationship. Hopefully god will make things better between us🙏✝️ I met her and had some emotional baggage I took from school stress and family fights, I hurt her a lot. I left my clothes behind after flying back to america. We facetimed and she held my flannel and cried because she missed me so much. We got in another fight but this time she ended it... All I want for her is to be happy, I still love her until this day. Im going to work on bettering myself and fix my mental health.

Literally same thing happened, but I was experiencing the other end. I love this song because I still care for him deeply and although he lied and hurt me a lot, I can’t bring myself to ever hate or resent him. I want him to be happy always, and remember that there is a whole beautiful life waiting for him. He just needs to work on himself, no distractions.

I've been bawling my eyes out when I hear this song. I instantly remember my Ex, we had been together for 2 years and we just broke up last August. My heart still aches when I hear this song. Still longing for that someone, wishing that he'd come back. I know this song gave me so much tears but it really helped me a lot to process my emotions, it's been 6 mos since we split. I still am on the process of moving on and there would not be a day on the month that I would not play this song. i listen to this song and think about this dude i was once close with, and he put this on when he was driving once. that feeling when a song takes you back to a time, to a person, always hurts a bit. but songs like this remind me there will be more to share with someone, memories thatll surpass the old.
