Well considering she had a 46% beforehand and the buff only lowered the E cooldown by 1 second and added a grand total of 20 damage to her Q… not that huge and she struggles to find leads in most games she’s in. Plus her entire build and runes change to account for the countless nerfs she’s had relatively recently so I feel that the buffs were deserved.

Around 6:44 when you flash ulted the Eve I’m sure you realize now that you never needed to use ignite to secure the kill. You almost alway QWQ with Qiyana. You thought the ult Q would kill. But R QWQ will virtually always secure a kill on an assassin.

heyy Pekin, thought's on building manamune on qiyana? im kinda new with her and i dont know 'exactly' what to build on her i feel as though early/mid game qiyana uses alot of mana so i normally buy tear early game, do you think it's an "always build manamune on qiyana or do you just buy the tear for early/mid game and sell it later on in late game, love the videos you teach me alot of things about league :)

I like Qiyana's state right now, I mean I was never really a 1v1 type of player, I like ganking/roaming lanes, assisting my jungler around the map, and teamfighting more with her :D so the E cooldown and Q damage buffs are so good imo she feels strong rn

If 20 extra damage on Q Max level, and 1 second cd on her E was all that was keeping her from being broken, I have a sneaking suspicion that she was always broken. It's likely that people are getting bored of the broken tank meta, or presume they're worse now due to item nerfs or something. Zac is still absolutely busted, and I don't really see him as often as Maokai was.

I think Qiyana is just poorly designed. Not in the sense that she's not fun or an awesome character, I love Qiyana. She's poorly designed in the sense that she's useless before you've mastered all her combos but then completely broken afterwards. There's no real middle ground. Also, I think another reason why her winrate is so low in lower elos is because they don't roam. They don't understand just how much of her power budger is allocated into how good her roaming (less so mobility, obviously, but in terms of ganking and duel potential in river if someone follows your roam) is, since they never roam. It's really hopeless to try to explain to lower elo players why a champion didn't need buffs. They aren't good enough to understand. These buffs won't really help lower elo players though, so idk why people are saying "she needed it" in the comments, like these buffs will somehow change Qiyana's necessary skill level to perform well.
