Those aren't patch notes they are just devs talking about what to expect in split 2 14.10. Patch 14.9 just went live so like he said we have 2 weeks left with LT

since lethal tempo is getting removed what runes should I ran when playing nocturne? conqueror or reworked pta?

I would guess conqueror. I had a thought about phase rush but you're already going to have a ton of movement speed after R and landing fear. So conqueror will probably be the best.

Invading for kayn is fine and encourage as its mainly to keep the enemy jg from getting ahead pre-form. That kayn shouldve taken at least two camps into a possible gank imo idk what he's doing for that early game. also can be very bad if you dont understand the game for invades
