Her win rate was low that why riot buffed her,but she is high skill champ and now she is broken if you mastered her.

One game I gave her a quadra in early game 3/2 min mark as an Evelyn jgl then she proceeds to lose us the game going from 4/0 to 6/10

Better mid than adc imo. Bloodthirster/vamp boots/ie/pd/mortal/ga and play her like an assassin. Mid has access to more resources than bot and she has the damage to work as a roaming assassin. After Bloodthirster+boots run around picking up free kills off roams. You can go from no rating to s in 1 combo in about 1 second using auto/1/auto/2/3/ult. 2 has 2 damage instances, one when you initially press it, and another when she swings so if you use 3 in between the 2 dmg procs you'll get 2 ratings from 2nd ability and one from 3rd.

Also can use 3rd ability on the very back minion and tap it twice for instant waveclear, meaning more roams and more snowball potential. If you ever go behind in lane and can't farm or clear the wave, forget about it and just give up tower, you'll most likely be more successful off roams. Been doing this in diamond with good success and can carry most games off the assassin playstyle

Oh and the alternate instant s combo if there's minions in the way or you need to go in right away is 2/3/auto/1/auto, using the same double rating 2nd ability trick.
