I always felt like the "bad ending" fits Bell's character much more than the "good ending". Specially after we see Adler betraying us on the good ending postcredits. Bell gets screwed over all the time.

@@C0ncep1t I agree, but still, in Cold War we were given more of a "moral choice" instead of the classic "america good" ending. Anyone in Bell's position would have felt used, betrayed, and basically a tool that the americans were interested in. And in the good ending, even if Bell is supposed to agree with the americans, they end up betraying him again. The two endings in cold war were actually incredible if you think about it

Well it is a HEAT shaped charge used to explode and send molten copper into a vehicle to penetrate the armour and destroy the vehicle so unless they had a bunch of grenades strapped to it the explosion wouldn't act like that and nobody would've died

Yeah i love how he even too bell to his favorite location but this also makes me queation the game further as we know multiplayer bell is alive after the story, so maby bell, aldler, mason, and woods struck a secreat deal without mr cia knowing as a inside man, we dont see him much or at all in the multiplayer cut scenes be adlers team and masons team keep stoping or coming close to every time.

I always choose this ending not because i fucking hate adler, which i do though. But because it makes sense, you just found out that you were tortured and brainwashed then forced to fight against your former comrades. I would say the team didnt deserve to die the way they did in this ending but they all knew about bell being brainwashed. No idea why mason thought it was okay considering what was done to him, guessing he made the excuse of its fine when its done by the CIA.

We always see Russia as the enemy and always play the good guys. But Cold war honestly didn't seem to have any good guys, only bad and worse. Loved being able to finally have choices again in a COD game. Would also like to play with Russia more, sick of UK or US lead campaigns.

Uhhh, not exactly. The gray moral isn't gray, it's more like brown. The only good russians in the game are the ones who betrayed Soviet union and joined USA forces. Adler does nothing realy bad, yes he killed surrendered enemy but he's a terrorist, there is more of it, but i simply do not remember it.

@@strawbman in MW2019 even price says "let me guess, Russians?" Because even the devs know how overused it is... Also playing as Germans would be awesome! People think that all German soldiers were Nazis when in reality it was just a bunch of very young adults who were either drafted or tricked into joining the military, the real Nazis were a small (I use small a little lightly) group (SS) that was heavily influenced by Vikings and other more evil ideas. It's actually quite interesting how deep the history of Hitler and the actual Nazis were. They had full on rituals that would be cool to see in a COD cutscene.

The third one is when Bell didn't alert his Russian allies about them going to that spot and Bell dies there Remember the radio where you use for the bad ending where Perseus will show up and kills Adler's team If you betrayed them but didn't use the radio, that is the third ending which is bad for both sides anyways

I love Lazar which is why when I choose the bad ending (after I get this game), I'm going to unfortunately save Parks in the mission where you gotta decide to save Lazar or Parks. If I were to choose Lazar then I would probably go for the good ending so he will survive. However, since I don't like Adler and I definitely don't like Parks, I'm save Parks just to be able to eliminate her in the bad ending 😅

I havent played this game but ive always liked Treyarch's Campaigns. Their level design and the characters are so memorable. Even this clip this Bell character looks badass. Love the voice acting.

Video game creators need to understand that when their POV / playable character does not have voice diologue, then it loses a real connection and becomes less immersive. It’s just reading off a script that the NPC’s respond to and just loses that 🤌 feeling of control to the storyline.

I disagree. I find it to be the opposite. If there's a voice, it feels more like you're playing as a character. If there's no voice, it feels more like you ARE the character. The latter lends itself to more genuine emotional reactions because it's like it's happening to you personally, rather than you witnessing it happen to someone else. Best example of this is in the fallout series. F3/FNV doesn't have a voiced protag, so you feel more immersed in it because you naturally imagine the character's voice as being your own. Conversely, in F4, you have a voiced protag, so there's no room to do that. Any emotional impact that comes along gets reduced because you're relegated to experiencing it more like a third party spectator than someone directly involved.

It's not really a mission more of an ending, to get it you have to get to the locked radio behind locked gate at the place where you choose missions and then choose betray Adler.
