Ingredients:
Room temperature salted Butter-250 Grams
Sugar- 1 Cup Or 230 Grams
Large Eggs-4
3.25% Milk-4 Tbsp
Vegetable Oil-1/2 Tbsp
Vanilla-1 Tsp
Almond Extract-1 drop
Cashew Nuts-30 Grams
All Purpose Flour-225 Grams
Baking Powder-2 Tsp
Add coloring as you like
2x9 inch pan
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 mins (after 20 Mins bring the temperature to 325 degrees Fahrenheit & bake for another 5 mins.
Vanilla Butter Icing:
Room Temperature Salted Butter-1 cup or 226 Grams
Icing Sugar-455 Grams or 3 cups Plus 1/4 cup
Milk-1 Tbsp
Vanilla-1 1/2 Tsp
Decorate as you like
