We has to rip everything out of our Airstream after it was sitting in the jungle for almost two years. We are in full on renovation mode! We've begun renovating our vintage Airstream for the...THIRD TIME! This time around, we are building our dream home in an eco village in Costa Rica, and our Airstream is the bedroom. This is part one of our Airstream renovation time lapse. Follow us as we turn an idea we had a few years ago into the jungle home of our dreams.

after spending July last year in Alegria, i would probably leave a puma/snake/scorpion-free access toilet indoor... also, will the airstream be you dry room?

We've already started to enclose this space so we hace the ability to shut it at night and open completely in the day. Trying to minimize unwanted guests for sure!

So its gonna be like a second house....outside of your house? Are your days of driving across the US and Central America over?

This is our house! We see this as our house for the next few years and then when we build another place on our land, this would become a guest house. Luna won't be on the road any longer BUT that doesn't mean driving across North America, Central or South isn't happening... 😉 😉
