Yes I do believe someone having these in Southern California my father had a stock 4x4 kodiak back in 2010 that truck was by far my favorite. The truck has what they call the Monroe package which is why the front seat has air ride and the rear can become a bed

Daniel Gonzalez, that is who did the conversions. They did the 4x4 systems, leather interiors, bed (which is not a factory 3500 bed but full custom because it’s wider), lift and wheels.

Guy lives in Sonoma county. I saw this truck on the side of the freeway for sale back when. You can always spot guy very easily because he’s always in his yellow vehicles.

That truck reminds me of Ironhide from Transformers, but Ironhide was the GMC version of it with Blue Cab lights and a black paint job and a Autobot logo on the back along with Road Armor Bumper and Exhaust Stacks.

Remember kodiaks were basically van bodies on truck frames. That's why the engine is so far back. Lots of room in the interior, and the rear seat is electric factory bed.

Kodiak/TopKick was a Chevrolet/GMC regular, xrta or crewcab truck that was bought as Cab & Chassis to be up-fitted with what ever body you needed on the back. Maybe Wrecker, DumpTruck, Rollback, Stakebed, 5th Wheel, Utility Body, Ambulance, FuelTruck, Gooseneck, BoomTruck, Bus, GrainTrucks, WaterTruck, Welding Truck, RV, to name a few. Maybe the coolest conversion to a TopKick was not all that long ago. Three maybe more custom Cadillac's were built on them. Cadillac One, The Beast, The Presidential State Car. Heck these even sold as a Van/BoxTruck. Caddy One, The Beast, ps: They were even seen with a Van body

True story. I was in Montalcino Italy last spring and came across Guy in town. I ignored him as I had 0 Interest in bothering him. However some other tourist recognized him and approached him and spoke. He gave them the most confused look and said cómo? He literally tried to pretend he didnt speak English to avoid the people 🤣🤣🤣

oH Sick!!!! some guy even made a garage shot in GTA cars with all em rides in the same way he had it. but you know that the Body is a Van body! and yes it was an option to have that back seat like that it was meant as a hauler and you could sleep in it. but lifting it that high is all show and no go!
