This makes the 5% skill damage very useful due to it being universal. The Janissary is also a powerful unit that becomes stronger with the 5% archer defense. Ark of osiris also becomes easier with the Ottoman Empires 5% march speed. S+ Tier for Ottoman empire

Germany's 10% action point recovery allows you to quickly gain commander exp without the cost of tomes of knowledge. This buff also makes it so that you can technically gain 10% more loot from barbarians such as speedups,rss, and arrows. Germany's 5% Training speed is also excellent for training a large amount of troops at a quicker time. This allows you to recruit the tanky Tuetonic knights quicker. The 5% cavalry attack also makes the tuetonic knights a force to be reckoned with. Germany is also the best F2P civilization by far!! Germany IS THE REAL S+ TIER CIVILIZATION

He talks in a clipped speech. He’s a loved character but he could be considered annoying at times because when he speaks, he sometimes comes across as arrogant and as if he’s speaking to a “lesser being.” Either way, I get how you are in way, so I kinda get past that tick in my head when I think of him. What do you mean? Where did you get that spare rage is carried over? And even if that was so, why would that make her horn bad? In any case, I use my horn for getting off the first cycle. I need that to happen as soon as possible, so I will use all sorts of rage gaining talents and equipments to make that happen. If you are any kiind of field fighter, you will know that getting the first cycle off is the singular most important thing. After that, I don't care if a horn overrages.

@@pokerchannel6991 i thought it was a pretty well known thing tbh.. It was a pretty hot topic at the time Joan was released. Being tested and proven by a few ppl that posted it in cav stable, asbodian and fleisch discord servers. Several content creators also touch on the subject. With spare rage, i mean when u for example have 980 rage accumulated, when u gain 220 rage in the next turn, so youre at 1200 rage. You trigger the active during that turn when u are at 1000. The 1000 is then immediatly used and empties your rage bar. That +200 rage isnt lost, thrown away or nullified or whatever, but it flows into the then newly started rage bar.

@@triax7218 ok. I will look for those contents about the rage overflow. That sounds good. But, as for the horn: think about it this way: the horn for the first cycle is important. Even if you are going to rage cap in subsequent turns, you still want to get all that sequence initiated as fast as you can. There is a big difference between firing your first cycle one turn 9 vs turn 8. If you can fire one turn earlier, you will snowball daamage. A joan that fires on turn 9 will fire on 9, 11, 13, 15, 17; But, a Joan that fires on turn 8 will fire on 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, roll over or not. So, in the end, it is still best to get the horn on Joan. The first cycle is the most impt one. The subsequent ones can do their stuff, predicated on the first cycle firing off in the first place. This is why I use all ferral nature, and horn, and drum to get that first cycle off. The subsequent cycles roll off that first cycle. Overrage doesn't even get to happen until the first cycle has fired off.

@@triax7218 hi: I will look for the content. ty. But, it doesn't sound like they are interpreting the situation correctly. They are saying that there is a roll over, and therefore horn is not a good choice. This is not the correct conclusion. The horn is there to get that first cycle to fire off. That is the purpose of horn and ferral nature. A field fighter knows that engagememnts happen quickly and need to get that first hit off. So, the horn is there to get the jump on the enemy. Same with ferral nature and drum. The later cycles only happen after the first cycle. I mean it sounds stupid to even say something that obvious: that the second or 3rd cycle only happens after the first. LOL. By definition that is what first, second and thrid means. Second literally comes after first. That is just so obvious. LOL

@@pokerchannel6991 were getting way off topic here, and you seem to be missing the point. So i will try my best to clarify it with my own results. Since i dunno what comments or content you say you reviewed just now, i cant judge the validity of that or your argument against it. Let me just start by asking you how you are using feral nature with joan primary..? In 100 skill cycles, only in roughly 1 in 5 of the cycles i actually benefitted from having the horn equipped and shorten that skill cycle by 1 turn. With 2+ points into rejuvenate (adding 100 or 150 rage), youre automatically rage capping during those 2 or 3 turns within your alrdy short skill cycle. + The 1 extra second of rage gain from Joans active skill. + Add the amount of overflow rage from the skill trigger turn i explained earlier, and youre not leaving much room for a horn to be of use. Except for the very first skill cycle that is correct. This is why overall, its gonna be far more valuable to replace the horn with another accesory that will be effective for 100% of its time (or close to it, with rng and all). Note: This was prior to the release armaments, which also have added a few inscriptions to add rage.
