Bengali literature is one of the richest in the world.. We have thousands of heros. But Bengali film industry doesn't get story.. We only read them on our books. It's a shame for the Bengali film industry. This movie is a great example of our hero.

This movie has more Bengal content than Telugu. Sai pallavi plays east bengal refugee as devadasi. Nani as Roy is revolutionary writer fights for emancipation of devadasis and Dalits. A reincarnated Telugu man vasu finds his lost love in bengal. Overall worthwatching.

Nani is playing double role in this movie. Sai Pallavi, Krithi Shetty, Madonna Sebastian are the heroines. There were rumors that the movie is based on reincarnation, supernatural one , so and so... Camera by Sanu John Varugese (Take off, Malik, Jersey...) Huge set was built by the team. Shooting spot pics from Kolkata were a real really beautiful... Waiting for the movie ... I am happy that you're Bengali and i have re watched you video 2 to 3 times because of your reaction. Shyam Singha Roy is a character of Nani who is a writer in 1960's a rebel writer who writes about inequality and differences in society that time and was killed and he reborn as writer and film maker in new generation.
