I love RJ! First few days advance ko inaaral yung materials na gusto ni student and then eventually I got the hang of it wala ng preparations whatsoever. I’ll find your video again on how to be more motivated to open slots kasi ang tamad ko Ms. Rishel. Thank you again for this! You’re helping a lot of interested applicants.

🥰🥰🥰 thank you teach. I am so kilig naman. Alam mo ako din, pag nagbakasyon ako, super tamad na akong magklase ulit. Pero ginagawa ko, open ko nalang klase ko para no choice.. haha. And yes, the materials are super easy to use..masasanay ka talaga.. no need to spend extra hours sa pagpiprepare.. ❤️

Super helpful ng guides ni Ms. Rishel. I reached out to her on one of her social media accounts and she was quick to reply and even gave me tips so I can do well in my practice lesson. I thought I would need to redo my practice lesson but I was able to proceed smoothly and am now ready for the final step. Thank you Ms. Rishel. :)

Nakaka demotivate narin sa RareJob, parang pinag dadamot na nila yung konting incentives. Dati madali lang ma-hit. Ngayon nagulat nalang ako days before the month ends, biglang lower percentage bigla ying video incentive. Lagi naman akong naka on ang video. Yung one month na pinaghirapan mo imeet biglang wala rin pala :( pang part time lang talaga sya. Pero kahit part time nakaka umay parin.

Hi! Napapanood na kita dati way back 2018 or 2019 pa. Mag-aapply sana ako noon sa rarejob. Pero hesitant pa ako nung time na yun. Ngayon na lang ulet ako nagkaroon ng interest. Mam Rishel after po ba ng interview ano na po ang next step? Sabi kasi sa akin ng evaluator ko kanina na Congratulations on passing the evaluation. Kaya lang ipinapa ayos muna nila iyong Skype ID ko with their Skype admin bago daw maka proceed sa next step. Ano po ba ang next step? Thank you po kasi naka tulong itong mga tips niyo.

Hello po, teacher. I already passed the written and progos test po. Worried po ako sa interview kasi mostly po sa napanuod ko they we're asked about their educational attainment, undergraduate po ako and wala din pong online teaching experience, may chance ba talaga na matanggap ako?😔

I just had my interview this Monday, sadly, I failed. I really enjoyed the interview and was satisfied with it but I don't know what happened. I read the interviewer's evaluation and I just had few mistakes. It was really frustrating, maybe rarejob isn't for me.

Hi teacher do you need to file for taxes for RJ or is it okay NOT TO DO IT? My research says if you do not make 250K per year then you do not need to file.

Hi Teach! I’ll be having my practice lesson this Monday. I was wondering kung what usually yung grammar errors na need iccorrect and kung ganun ba sya ka hirap? Kinabahan po talaga kasi ako sa correcting na part especially na student pa lang ako with no teaching experience. Thank you po!

Wow!! Congratulations sis!! 🎉 Sa grammar correction is basic english sya..singular and plural, tenses of verbs ganun pero make sure to always use your chat box when you have corrections.

Guys this is a lie. She said that there is no minimum requirement of lessons. But actually there is a crazy minimum requirement which is to maintain 100 bookable slots during peak hours to be able to open all your slots for the next month. And The deduction is crazier! It could go up to 40% of your total salary.

I agree with the deduction. I was so frustrated I got 40% deduction. 900 ang nabawas sa sweldo ko dahil lang sa 5 absences ko. Sobrang laki na nun 😢 Hopefully Rarejob can do something about this, ang taas rating nila sa penalty nakakadismaya.

Ate, what comes po after NTE? 1 month na po ko sa RJ and I got an email na po about NTE. After po ba nun, ano na po sunod? When po maging premium tutor? Un na po ba next na ichecheck after that?

Hello teach. They might offer u the premium tutor position po if makikita nila na ready ka na.. pero NTE is for new tutor's evaluation. Dibale sa una lang may ganyan. Just to help you become better at teaching. Pero madami ding naoofferan ng premium tutor position after that. kaya galingan mo teach. Good luck!!

Hi sis. Un ung isang klase ng program ni RJ. Parang more specific ung studrnts and materials mo kaya mas mahal ang sahod. Example: you can choose kung kids or business people ang tuturoan mo.. like me, business tutor ako so business people students ko and ung topics more on business-related sila pero depende pa rin sa studens.
