Just caught the replay. This is such a good message! And something that the Lord has been showing and teaching me also. Just learning to be obedient even when our flesh thinks we can’t afford to. And realizing that “resting” in Him can mean being obedient to what He’s asking you to do no matter what your flesh thinks is necessary and trusting that things will be dealt with and God will work things out when they need to be if we just put Him first and trust in Him. At the beginning of the month I was struggling with trying to please my husband and getting certain things “out of the way” first and it was wearing me out. And I realized I was being disobedient and that’s why I was suffering. As I started to put God first than it seems I have more energy and ability to do what I need to do. Thank you for your grace and mercy! Thank you for teaching me and helping me to rest in You Lord and how to truly worship You! Amen! 🙌
