In my opinion, a housing market crash is imminent due to the high number of individuals who purchased homes above the asking price despite the low interest rates. These buyers find themselves in precarious situations as housing prices decline, leaving them without any equity. If they become unable to afford their homes, foreclosure becomes a likely outcome. Even attempting to sell would not yield any profits. This scenario is expected to impact a significant number of people, particularly in light of the anticipated surge in layoffs and the rapid increase in the cost of living....

I suggest you offset your real estate and get into stocks, A recession as bad as it can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets if you're careful and it can also create volatility giving great short-time buy and sell opportunities too. This is not financial advice but get buying, cash isn't king at all at this time!

Giving their specialized expertise and education, as well as the fact that each and every one of their skills is being centered on harnessing risks for its asymmetrical potential and controlling it as a buffer against certain unfavorable developments, it's practically impossible for them to underperform. I have made over a million working with John Desmond Heppolette, for over years and still counting.

The West has a tendency to disprove our ancient knowledge and then after some years they will relabel it as their own. The best example is Coalgate toothpaste first they make fun of Indians using charcoal and clove oil and now they are selling all types of toothpaste with salt with herbs etc. The second example is the Hemp plant they spread so negatively that our government banned it and now they legalized it in their countries.

I bought a few grams of Shilajit about 8 years ago for my Shaman Kit and tasted it. The recommended dosage is a piece about the size of a .177 caliber BB. It has a very strong petroleum tar like taste. Which coincide with the ancient break down of plants into oil. Consuming the thick black oil sludge from a neglect engine is just as effective.

Later, Indian govt banned anyone from entering the cave and sometime in past 30 years, army carried out various blasts and that destroyed the tunnel to a great extent. I tried some REALLY potent Shilajit in Nepal (that's where you get the best quality, in the eastern Himalayas). Don't know about it being an Aphrodisiac but it definitely tasted like absolute horsecart wheel grease or something similar. Apparently if you use it long enough, it can offer long term benefits for your libido but it's just a kerogen so I have my doubts about that. That being said, Ayurveda is a wonderful world of possibilities and should definitely not be looked down upon because of snake oil like this.
