I want to come on here and let everyone know that even though I could see in front of me when I played with more road and crossed lines, it's still VERY VERY dumb and doesn't matter if I could see / nobody was coming. Accidents can happen and sadly, if a 2 wheel buddy were in that lane also screaming it could be very bad. Don't follow my example in this video. It was my first time doing this and I now know, no matter what stay in the lane even if it is clear. 100% NOTED and if you plan to drive Tail of Dragon, take my mistake as a learning experience and just stay in the lane. The Foothills Parkway is a great lead into the Dragon. Biggest thing with all of the spirited driving is staying in your lane. You definitely don’t want to find the on coming traffic head on. Been there many times and will be there at the end of April with a club from central Florida. Another great road is the Cherohala Skyway. It’s a lot like the Foothills Parkway in that it’s full of longer smoother curves and longer straightaways and some really good views!

You really need to drive the "Back of the Dragon" in Tazewell, Va. As they say, 11 is nice, try 32. 32 miles, 438 curves, 3500 ft elevation change. Beautiful ride.

My wife and I did The Tail in our TI Sport AWD in 2017. That car was awesome on the small roads because Alfa really builds their cars for Italian roads that are smaller and have lots of different types. We did it during the week when it was wet and cold and actually had the whole place to ourselves. Which was unusual for the road. We sold the Alfa after about six months after that but still have the memories of The Tail!!!

if you like the views you should try Skyline drive at Shenandoah. Incredible scenery, and they have a tunnel at somepoint of the drive, really fun. Great video, enjoyed watching the gang rolling through the mountain ⛰️🤙🏼

My HPP with 369 HP and 377 torque. I can keep up with these guys. No weight on the nose and high performance suspension. However when the straight comes they would kill me. Big HP in these cars are awesome.
