42:50 With the beer that follows shortly after this, it actually does help. The first shell was shown to be a blank, and the fourth shell is also a blank, which means shells 2, 3, and 5 contain all the live shots in this load. Since there are two live shots total in the load, there is no way that both 2 and 3 are blanks. Since the dealer has only 1 HP, handcuffing the dealer and then shooting him (it?) twice guarantees you the win. TL;DR: burner phones are overpowered if you’re a nerd

I was literally cheering Merg on throughout the entire game like I was watching an E-sports Tournament. Not gonna lie, it was really fun to watch Merg get so lucky and plan out strategies that succeed. Ps. Im going to leave a list of successful damage strats/wins(?) and tips that ive managed to piece together for anyone who wants them. Inverter + Magnifying Glass (successful damage strat) (grants damage no matter what, adding Hand Saw to it allows successful double damage). Magnifying Glass (last 2 bullets, 1 live, 1 blank) (self-explanatory) Handcuffs x 1 + Magnifying Glass x 2 + Inverter x 2 + Hand Saw x 2 (This basically guarantees victory no matter what situation for any round since it doesnt allow the dealer to make any moves, but this does waste a lot of items (7 items!) so it would be risky using it on round 3 (provided you are going for double or nothing)) Beer - Personally I think this is the second best item in the game (coming second to none other than the Adrenaline). Beer is such a useful safeguarding tool for skipping a turn where you are unsure on the outcome, ensuring you get to the next round without dying/risking it, hindering what bullets that the Dealer can use and most of all, giving yourself an extra turn. Handcuffs - Always use handcuffs last, provided you have other tools that are more important. Handcuffing without checking the gun (using the Magnifying Glass or Burner Phone) can really hinder what you do that turn. Handcuffs still take effect when you shoot yourself (from what I saw) its best to try shooting yourself before you place handcuffs since this allows to have *three* turns instead of *two* . Burner Phone - Wildly inconsistent in my opinion but it can be incredibly helpful if its an early bullet (like the second or the third) especially when its paired up with a beer or magnifying glass. Not saying that it isnt useful later but you are more likely to being able to do something early on rather than later in the round. Expired Medicine - Literally the worst item in the game, i'd only ever use this if I *had* to in order to survive the next round. Kids dont consume Expired Medicine. Adrenaline - literally the best item in the game, you cant steal it, and it can steal anything the Dealer has, if your strategy isnt going to work with any of your items, just take one from the Dealer. Inverter - Like Merg has said multiple times, its better to use the inverter when the odds arent even, but although its good to get live bullets, it might also help the dealer in bringing you to death, personally (provided i didnt have any other item than just the one inverter) id use the inverter when its more likely to be live, that way I would have a higher chance of surviving to the next round to get a fresh batch of items. Luck - In the end, this game is all massively relying on luck unless you can guarantee victory. Thank you! I feel like people sleep on the Beer so much. Yeah, it was a bit more niche pre Steam, but now? Beer has already gotten me out of a ton of otherwise dead situations, sometimes the only thing between life and death is a new set of items, and above all: Making sure that the Dealer doesn't get a turn.

Definitely continue playing Inscryption as well! I managed to beat the 4th boss after 2 attempts (guess I'm just that good huh😏). But seriously, I'm as new as you are to that game and I love it, it's a lot of fun. Buckshot Roulette is also great and multiplayer will be wonderful when it releases. Hope there will be some other spin-off gamemodes too. If you don't want to spend a couple hours to get that 1 mil. achievement, I suggest playing Terraria Infernum since that doesn't take any longer :)

There are a lot of definitions for "beat the game" in Inscryption. I'm guessing you just beat the moon... The game has a LOT more than what you've seen, if so.

For those who are new to Buckshot Roulette, here's a quick explanation of every item: Cigarettes - Regain 1 charge. (Charge = HP) Beer - Eject the current shell in the shotgun. Magnifier - Reveals the current shell in the shotgun. Hand Saw - Next shot deals double damage. (If it's a blank, then too bad.) Handcuffs - Skips the Dealer's next turn. Expired Medicine - 50% chance to either regain 2 charges, or lose 1 charge. Burner Phone - Reveals a random shell in the shotgun. Inverter - Reverses the polarity of the current shell in the shotgun. (Converts live to blank, vice versa) Adrenaline - Allows you to immediately use one of your opponent's items. Hope this comment helps, and have fun!

ive never played this, but heres a hint: burner phone tells u what is a later shell(last or nearly last shell) then when u count just delete that shell in ur memory of the shells. ex: 4live 4blank, burner phone tells u 6th shell is live, u count the shells as 3live, 4blank, and now u achknoledge the chances are actually greater for blank. keep an eye on the round number tho, really helps when the round u know is in ur hand.
