Yo I'm Mexican and the Birria liquid is soup you can drink it even add onion and cilantro and a lil lime to it also you guys should try quesa birrias I love how you guys are enjoying the Mexican food

Typically Birria is made with goat, and the goat stew is served as a soup. A lot of people get weirded out once they find out it's goat, but it's actually soo delicious. Im so glad you guys liked it 😍 Birria is 🔥🔥🔥

Birria is usually beef meet and the consome is basically the beef soup where the beef is marinated. You could also just have the consome as a soup, after you're done with the tacos. 💞

wrong.... Birria is made from goat meat... but because it's more cheaper they do it with beef, plus people get weird out about eating goat meat. But real birria is made from goat and it's way better.

Birria is the way the meat is cooked So you can make Birria out of beef , goat, chicken Also, roll the RR’s on Birria And the Consomé has an accent on the E So it’s pronounced Conso-mé Hope this helps! Glad your enjoyed them!

Birria is shredded beef cooked in a soup (the consome) with a bunch of different spices. Yes you can eat the consome like a soup because it’s pretty much the broth. It’s mad good, ya made me want some 😩👌🏽

Yes.....there's different types off birriass. It all depends on the type of meat you want. Theres beef(which is the one you're eating and the most popular), chicken and even goat. The Consume is the beef broth it was cooked in and yes you can just eat it as a soup. I'm Mexican and am proud and happy you guys liked and enjoy our food.

Birria is the way the meat is cooked. Can be made from beef, goat or lamb. The meat is cooked in that stew, you can eat it on a plate with rice and beans or they strain the meat to put it in tacos and give you the stew or soup on the side.

Birria is traditionally served as a stew with plenty of broth, I just sip the consommé/broth like a soup while eating these so that the filling doesn’t fall out.

Viva México! Now I'm hungry and I just got into work. Birria can be made from any protein. Traditional dish is goat, very big dish in big occasions. But like I said you can make it from chicken, beef, pork. The sauce is the broth from the protein along with other spices and chili's. BUT not everyone can make Birria well, I'm glad y'all loved it. I'm gonna have to have my mom give me her recipe. 😁😁❤
