Gotta say I’ve been watching your videos on punta cana (thinking about going there for my birthday in October) and you are a breath of fresh air when it comes to cyphering through the bs videos that exist out there on reviews of places. Hi James. I can't walk past a donut without enjoying one on a vacation. I have aged out of Riu Party. Saw my first and last just last month at Riu Palace Peninsula. Loved the beach there! As always, love your content.

I went here for my 50th Birthday and I had a ball. The pool area was awesome by the bar. The buffet food is awesome and the service hopefully you met Phil he likes to sing for everyone. Also you missed the silent DJ party nite... I love RIU Palace and definitely will go again...

Great point at the end James….one of the main Riu selling points for my wife and I is the ability to use the neighboring Riu properties for a change of scenery, different entertainment, vibe etc. This adds a ton of value!

My husband and I stayed here last year. I enjoyed the food, but the garden view was a joke. I also agree that the planes were loud. Now, I know to watch your reviews before I visit any resort :)

Probably the best tip i got for staying at riu's. Leave a 20 in your bar fridge on day 1 and have a STOCKED fridge the rest of the week ;)

After a few videos of trying to find my next vaca spot, just signed up for your patron page. Have a question. Looking for an all inclusive resort where there’s decent night life or fun, shows, but an awesome beach that can be kinda private as well. My wife and I usually do excellence but not really much fun. Love the quiet private beaches…but looking for a tad bit more activity. Thanks

I am a widow and travel alone frequently. You could went to the concierge and asked for assistance in getting into a restaurant. I did this at Fiesta Americana in Mexico. Since I was alone they did squeeze me in. Just a suggestion for next time. 😊

Sean you at the riu reggae when you were there. DR has way better.resorts and better beaches. It is a kids party and piss in the pool kind of resorts. This was our 28th all-inclusive and 4 star tops.

If you so used to RiU , then you would’ve known that they been replenishing the drinks in the room every other day for years now. And you just sat there and said that you gave that guy $5 and now you have better in your room. Did you stop and think that you may get that person fired, because you’re on camera blabbering about a $5 you gave him? And complaining about you couldn’t get a dinner reservations. There were people that were there before you checked in. So stop the whining.. But thank for the update. I always go to RUI Montego Bay, and it always fun.

This room decor is outdated. RIU properties had this back in 2013?!? I’m disappointed to see that but also happy it’s better than all the dark wood from the other RIUs. Jamaica is kinda stuck in the 60s-70s so I guess this is an upgrade.

I was there last week from May 14-17🎉. The property was well manicured but the rooms needs to upgraded and remolded. I had to switch out my room from third floor to the first floor. Due to the mold stench .
