A genius. Rivaldo was one of the greatest players of all time, complete mastery of the first touch, bicycle kicks and dribbling. Despite being 6ft1, he was agile and had great balance. Arguably the greatest dribbler around that height.

Quem no Brasil fala que acompanhou a carreira do Rivaldo na Espanha no auge tá mentindo. No Brasil era quase impossível ver jogo ao vivo. Só se via melhores momentos e olhe lá. Com o R10 foi diferente. Creio que isso deu pra ele mais mídia, mas certamente o fato dele ter tido um auge absurdo por quase 3 temporadas foi algo importante

Actually technically it has gotten worse due to it being more physical

O Neymar realmente não era completo como o Rivaldo no auge. O Rivaldo foi muito mais jogador. O Rivaldo era uma mistura de camisa 10 (meia armador) com centroavante, no mais alto nível. Isso nenhum jogador atualmente tem. Nenhum.

Gols de falta por baixo da barreira, dribles saindo de situações difíceis para jogadores comuns, dribles de arrancada do meio de campo, os gols de bicicleta bem melhor executadas... Tudo o que Fenômeno, o Bruxo e Baixinho fizeram e foram muito reconhecidos por isso, até o Denílson show que fez bem menos foi mais aclamado
