[1] At 33:22 Ches is asked a very simple question by Dayo: “If you were the owner of Chelsea, what punishment would you give to Enzo Fernandes” Ches answers “It’s hard to say“ [2] Again at 34:57 Dayo ASKS CHES AGAIN. “I’m asking what would YOU do, not what the club would do” Ches doubles down on his answer “I don’t know, it depends on the investigation (lol there's a video), it depends on the gravitas, I don’t know” Then Mo is asked the same question at 36:17, and eventually answers: “If I owned the club, I don’t want that player to be playing for the club again” So why isn’t Ches able to say the same thing???? Hmmmm Then at 36:38 Ches responds that everyone misunderstands him and insinuates that he is smarter than most people and everyone else is actually clouded by what he says and the way he says it LOL. [3] Finally at 37:20 Dayo asks FOR THE THIRD TIME. “If you owned the club…” …Ches then butts in to gaslight him “Dayo is gonna shout, Dayo focus on the road, focus on the road, focus on the road” That is the definition of gaslighting. Then Ches doubles down by mentioning other players crimes at 38:14. “We’ve had players who done other things. What’s worse than the other?” Guys it’s very simple. Your employer can fire you if you’re racist and they can also fire you if you have committed SA. “What’s worse than the other” means absolutely nothing to the employer. The employer is not a court of law determining a sentence. You’re fired FOR BOTH of these things, even if one is worse than another. Finally at 51:27 Ches then gaslights the chat “People in the chat are saying I didn’t say my answer, they don’t listen” The reason the chat are on you Ches is because when you were asked the first THREE times by Dayo (all three times linked above for everyone to see) - YOU DID NOT ANSWER. Just answer questions properly, stop gaslighting other panel members and the chat. Then no-one will be on your case for dodging the Qs, it’s as simple as that. Do better - especially when it's about serious topics.

Team played much better without him & gaslighting still continued. Chelsea fans refuse to accept a 106m isn't a success that they lie to themselves. If Enzo cost 20m with the exact same skillset + performance & never won World cup, he would be out the door already for 30m & Chelsea fanboys like Ches would be speaking on his sale being a profit. Ches is one of these fans forcing themselves to defend Enzo everytime, even took this Enzo racism situation just like any Enzo criticism, gaslighting the situation. Ches even acting like there isn't a difference in accountability between Enzo who aired this to the world by going live, chanting something racist & exposing himself. Reality is if it wasn't shown live it wouldn't have become a huge controversy rightly or wrongly.

Enzo is at the ideal club for that sort of behaviour…from Chelsea fans abuse of Paul Canoville to recent attacks of black folks on the train !!

best course of action in my opinion for him (and potentially every player in that video) is to stay at the club but be banned from football activities while attending mandatory rehabilitation classes for at least a season. slash wages if possible. in the following season he must pass a player and staff assessment to be allowed to return. if he does not pass with the approval of all concerned players+staff, restart the process. he's under contract until 2032 and should not be allowed to represent my club, or any other professional football club if he does not learn and change in my opinion.

Three points from me: 1. Overall there is a conversation as to why this is bad and wrong from Enzo and the rest; 2. You can't tell people how to feel about something no matter their race or ethnicity as everyone has different life experience; 3. Some will not care as in to not get involved in the situation and just go about being footballers That last point is what I've heard being the most divisive: will other players, managers etc. be scalded for not getting involved as to just get on with the game or will they be seen as complicit in the whole thing?
