The Rivers State National and State House of Assembly Election Petition Tribunal has dismissed the petition filed by the All Progressive Congress's (APC) candidate for Rivers East Senatorial District, Warisenibo Uranta, challenging the election of Senator Allwell Onyesoh of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
While delivering judgment on Monday, Justice Ayisat Opesanwo dismissed the petition for lacking in merit and for failing to prove their case.
