TVXQ were originally 5 member but 3 left. I wouldn't say it will change your view on them since they have been a duo for almost a decade now so that's why they are very polished. TVXQ have been the biggest kpop acts for the past 15 years, their name literally translates to Rising gods of the east. The term fans call "kings" for their favs actually comes from them. They officially hold the title of Kings of Kpop in the Korean industry. Khadija mentioned SuJu, my gosh SuJu and TVXQ have a very long history. They all have been really good friends for almost 20 years now including the members who are no longer with the groups. If you like this song, I think you'll enjoy their album The Truth Of Love even more. That whole album is high class pop and I can't get enough of it. Recommended songs are Sooner Than Later, Truth, City Lights. Changmin also wrote the lyrics of Beautiful Stranger, it is incredibly beautiful I must say. They were designed to be an a cappella group, hence why their live singing is insane. They used to have five members but split apart into two different groups, JYJ (Jaejoong, Yoochun, Junsu (fun fact they were the first ever Kpop group to be invited to and perform for Billboard)) and TVXQ who now carry on as a duo (Changmin and Yunho). They had a comeback early last year with The Chance of Love and Love Line (after their two year military service) and had a comeback in December with Truth. They’re considered the Gods of Kpop, had the largest fan base in the world at one point (look it up they legit have a world record), are one of the highest selling Kpop acts of all time, and were the first ever Kpop group to take Kpop outside of Korea (the starters of the hallyu wave). Max (the guy Monroe said is handsome) has such stable vocals and can hit notes higher than the Himalayas. as someone who’s been into kpop for a Long time and who knows a lot of groups, i have to say that tvxq has one of the STRONGEST bonds with their fans, rivaled only really by shinee and shawols. even seventeen years after their debut tvxq are selling out tours, merch, albums, you name it. i dont think western people realize just how popular they are and ESPECIALLY in japan.

What's interesting about reaction channels is that they also introduce you to music/songs that you didn't know about but love! But yeah they've been at this for a while and they're music is hella good. It’s really amazing to me how long these OG groups last in KPop not only with putting out music but fan wise as well. The fact that I listen to TVXQ, BEAST, Highlight, 2NE1, SHINee, f(x), 2PM, Epik High, 4Minute (they were my favorite girl group when I got into Kpop), CNBLUE, Big Bang, Miss A, Infinite, Super Junior, KARA, Vixx, and SNSD etc. now when I barely even knew Kpop existed when a good bulk of their music came out is so crazy to me. I wasn’t even born yet when Sechs Kies, Shinhwa, or Roo’ra debuted, I was born the year g.o.d debuted (Park Joon-hyung is so funny omg) but I listen and have literally #Playlisted their music to this day. When these groups’ older songs come on I’ve seen that a-lot of young Kpop fans know the lyrics and choreography and still find them to be good songs and good groups.
