I'm scared to get cancer and BPH in the prostate. I think i should get it removed so I don't have BPH and I can be able to sleep every single night without waking up during the night.

Don’t be scared because the best advice I can give you is to have regular check ups and if you feel something strange get an investigation If you are not happy with the result ask for a second opinion The secret is to catch it as wary as possible so that treatment is at its most effective

I wouldn't do that, my brother had his removed and now he cannot get an erection and he lost 1.5 " in length

25 brother, stay strong guys, green tea has helped me a fair bit, hot baths, (protection during sex!!! We are prone to UTI), cut way back on the processed junk and sugar
