Monika dives deep into every detail of kitting out and cooking with our Rivian R1T Camp Kitchen from Thunderbolt Adventure Supply. You would think that at over 18 minutes this review would be comprehensive but no! We forgot a couple more things:
Induction cooking has a few pros and cons...On the plus side wind has no impact at all unlike any gas burner, and also for the times of year when there are no-open-flame restrictions you can keep cooking right along. On the minus side, your cookware needs to be Induction compatibile, and also you can't pick your pan up from the burner to swirl or toss what you're cooking and continue to get heat because the Induction system will pause the moment contact is lost.
