Rix Sports Bar & Grill at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort recently revamped its menu and the new breakfast offerings became an internet sensation. After trying their brand new Chicken Stuffed Mickey Waffles and impressive breakfast menu, we kept wondering, is dinner better?

Stumbled on this channel a couple weeks ago and love that I found a KZfaq channel that’s seeming to hit ALLLLLLLL the off the beaten path spots. My family and I have been pass holders to Orlando parks for a while now but rarely have gotten around to the resorts until recently. Keep up the great work!!!

Thanks so much. We put a lot into the channel so this comment really means a lot to us. We moved here about a year and a half ago and recently had to opportunity to try so many places we've been missing out on! Happy we can show you some of these unique fun spots. We'll be sure to keep it up 🙂.

Oh my goodness! I love how you guys are yourselves on camera. I just about spit my coffee out when Sam called you out and said you have a "problem" in regards to your love of coleslaw. Love the video and you guys!

You always manage to make me want to go to a new restaurant! We loved ESPN @ the BW (and DTD in Disneyland) so seeing a sports bar vibe is fun. I am glad Jay is doing a 'best of slaw" lol. I am excited to see some California content!! My kids have been advocating for a trip to Univ. Studios Hollywood. Your visit may be the tipping point they need to get me there. Once again thanks for the great content.

Hi, as always a fabulous detailed review. Although we will most likely not be going to Rix Bar & Grill on our next trip its always good to know of a place such as this. Your honesty and sincerity in your reviews pop off the screen and its a delight every time we watch U;s guys. Also, have not mentioned it but I really enjoyed the last wrestling match video you did a couple months back. Looking forward to the next review !!!

No worries! We most likely wouldn't had gone here if not for us staying at Coronado Springs a few years back and us living close. This comment is too kind. Knowing you enjoy really means a lot to us because we work real hard on the vlog. We really enjoy making the videos too and comments like this help keep us motivated. Thank you for bringing up the wrestling video. That video in particular put me in a vulnerable position and I wasn't sure how people would react. Hope you have the best time on your next trip 🙂.

We didn’t have a great experience at Rix’s, but I would need to give them a chance for breakfast because I enjoyed your breakfast vlog. Fair that it’s a sports bar and not to be on par with all Disney restaurants haha. I’m intrigued by those green beans though lol! Glad the bread was soft and cheesy. I love nachos but I think their nachos were overhyped and I was expecting something more! Toledo always gets mixed reviews but we had a really great meal there. Can’t wait to see how your experience is. Hope you are both having a blast in California!! 😊🎉

We ate there years ago when we were staying there and weren’t blow away. I definitely think the breakfast is better but still think it’s a good option if you’re staying there & don’t want to go to a fancier restaurant. The green beans were the star ⭐️ I neeed to try Toledo! California was amazing 💛 Thanks for watching 😊

Sauce is always the star of any dipper app, but to me there is nothing like a quality plate of nachos 😍 As somebody who's not into guac, I would probably just ask to have the guac on the side (for Katie) and I'd have myself a perfect plate of happiness. Have yet to try the green beans at Rix, though, so who knows - I could be converted! Also, if it's anything like the mac-and-cheese burger that I used to thrive on at the Cheesecake Factory, I think Jay won the trade. Unhinging one's jaw is a staple of any great novelty burger, and the lack of pickles is a plus, for me! 😁 Hard for the slaw to live up to the Hoop-Dee-Doo standard haha but I will never be disappointed by Pecan Pie! Great vlog, guys - with the exception of Maya, Coronado is something of a culinary treasure trove. ✨

I do think these nachos were good. We just thought the green beans popped more. Also, our nachos got sogged out and the guac felt like bagged guac. Not a knock, just not a stand out to us. The Mac & Cheese Burger was a novelty but also a quality burger. I'd definitely get it again. Slaw is a tough dish to perfect. Most slaw sits out until it's called on by a patron looking for that mayonnaise and cabbage connection. Thank you! We've heard Maya Grill changed its menu so we may neeed to revisit those ancient ruins 🙂.

Maya Grill let us down but we've felt Three Bridges here is a star. Rix is solid place to get a bite. We love the Coronado. Such a huge and fun resort for dining 🙂.

If you are looking for the best slaw at WDW, you need to try the Asian Slaw at Yak & Yeti!!!

😆 yes! Contempo Cafe, last time I went the cabbage was super fresh, very light mayo and had a more vinegar flavor. It was top tier.

I think Waffle Fries would absorb the toppings a bite better. Our nachos got sogged out. Still had a great time though 🙂.
