There is nothing more satisfying and pleasurable than watching a GFriend dance practice. I notice new things every time I watch one, as there are so many special moments within each dance practice I cannot take everything in on first viewing. So watching people react to them just adds to my enjoyment as I can appreciate the parts that they find so interesting and impressive which may have slipped by me before. Some reactors ignore them saying that they know nothing about dance but they miss the point. You need no expert knowledge to enjoy the beauty, grace and synchronicity they bring so one can just sit back enjoy whatever they do regardless. "Love Whisper" really highlights the intricate and demanding footwork Gfriend has incorporated into their choreo. I've always felt that doing spins is one feature that stands out in Gfriend's choreo. Don't recall I've seen similar interest elsewhere in my experience. There are far more highlights on body lines in their dance than before where sync-motions are intended spotlight (even though they remain in sync as part of their nature). By the time they got to "Crossroads", the song feels much different when experienced with their choreo instead of the drama in the MV. The elegance of images in their choreo feels like a living painting, or moving sculpture. It's just awe-inspiring. BTW, the choreo of "Crossroads" is part of their "celestial" trilogy. GFRIEND is such a legendary group, so thus their choreos. I love how you also mentioned how their energy seems to not lacking nor overpowering, that just say a lot on why they are called "Synchronization Queens" they move as one so much to the point you can't point at any of them to be the main dancer in these practices. Also one of the running jokes in the fandom where GFRIEND is sometimes being mistook as a 5-member group because they hide one member at the back in formations so well because of their synchronization. The G-ING videos you saw advertised at the end of last video are part of a series of short videos filmed by staff or one of the members of the members during downtime. Playing pool, swimming in the hotel pool, backstage singing along to another group performing on stage etc. giving such a wide variety of activities you would never get to see them doing otherwise. They are fun to watch if you wanted to put together a playlist of them for a future video.

Crossroads umas das melhores músicas do kpop que eu já ouvir.

I seriously respect their dancing ability. At one point they were considered among the best danceing groups along with early Itzy and Loona. Now groups like XG and others have really raised the bar. But I have nothing but respect for GFriend and their fandom has always been polite for the most part. One of the better 3rd Gen groups, along with Oh My Girl and Apink.

Apparently, it was said that the choreography for Crossroads at 16:25 is too fast for all the other members except for SinB (That's why she is the main dancer). You can see that SinB is the only one that managed to move her foot 4 times to the beat while the rest only hit 2 counts with their feet.
