It sounds amazing. I too bought heat wrap for my exhaust that will be put on in Jan. Amazing how hot it gets

And on the back pipe,with the rap the exhaust pipe is about 3/8 in from the clutch air exhaust plastic pipe,the factory exhaust pipe had a metal heat shield that wont fit with the wrjc pipe. The thin reflector tape on the clutch pipe dont seem enough, have you added extra tape? I will install reflective blanket just to be on safe side.

I understand my heat measurements aren't exact due to the nature of how my temp. gun works (deflection/reflection) but you cannot deny this beast is running far cooler! See the stock vs yoshimura here: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ZsymgqRez5-zcZ8.html What do you think? stock vs yoshimura vs rjwc?

Did you fuel tune with your yoshi on ? Or keep it stock like can am days you can do . Just put one on my 2021 outlander 1000r and seems to be running great with just slip on . No rise in gauge heat whatso ever

Hey I have the same bike and just bought the duals from rjwc I was wanting to know what time did you use and if it’s hard to install the tune? And am I able to run it without a tune

Yes you need a tune. I highly suggest contacting dirtylife.ca and tell them we sent you. They will know exactly what you need.

Hello, noticed you have the alpine flex plow on your outty,just purchased new 1000 ltd 2020, and i have issues with brp, i bouth the underside plate to attached my alpine flex, but brp sent me the new plate with there new plow system, even if i told them my plow was a alpine flex, they have instaled it ( and cutting a lot of my underside protection in front to do so), the plate is way to in front ,almost paralell to front axle,on my old outy ( 2014, burned down to the ground and not avail@ble) it seem to be more in the midle of the frame, you would not have by any chances picture of plate location or instalation manual for it? Will return my machine to dealer for them to put it in the right place but tehey say that it as been installed according to brp specs, will see but would like to proove them that it needs to be ferther back for a alpnie flex. Tk s in adavance and keep up those video, wish i could ride with you guys some day ( i am in the estern township, quebec) regards

Gotcha. So it’s prolly running cooler because of that too right? Was likely leaned out before without the tuner.

@@HondudeTeamMudhogs you got it! Had it tuned proper, which the rjwc head allowed with o2 bungs built into it. Air to fuel is on point now.

I have a short frame xmr and ordered that same system by mistake. Its in the mail now. Will that exhaust for the max fit a short frame, or will i have to send it back?

It is not worth it unless you get into big bore kits. Otherwise don't bother knowing what I know now

and the yoshi wasnt high quaily stainless??? all mine were 316. heat wrap is where its at ON ANYTHING...lol. lawn mower or my turbo on the truck duh!!! wheres the O2 sensor??
