RKC 2023's closing panel discussion around the question "Why should Public Health Institutes care about health inequities?". The discussion ist hosted by Hajo Zeeb, (University of Bremen). Panelists are Benjamin Wachtler from RKI, Stéphanie Vandentorren of Santé Publique France and Dagmar Starke from the Akademie für Öffentliches Gesundheitswesen AÖGW.
The Robert Koch Colloquium is an annual inter­disciplinary lecture series, each year focusing on one specific innovative public health topic, such as Digital Epidemiology (2017), Human Microbiome Research (2018), Burden of Disease (2019) Public Health Surveillance (2021) or Climate Change and Public Health (2022).
The theme of this year's Robert Koch Colloquium are Social Inequities in Health. Lectures are held in English.
