My friends cant even aerial properly even after playing almost 2 years, it’s a fucking nightmare. It actually makes me sad, I like to play rocket league with friends but it’s just not fun when I can’t even rely on them for passes or defence or anything AT ALL. I cant ever leave third man position most of the time or else we concede and then sometimes they blame me for our losses, saying Im bad and equally shit for not “doing my champ stuff”. One day, one of them even told me that Im not doing anything new or flashy and they say it’s boring and it’s why we’re losing (apparently air dribbles and ceiling shots are boring to my plat friend who cant even dribble or hit the ball straight). This statement from him really stuck with me and now I ALWAYS think of it and I feel so goddamn negative even though I know Im at least half decent at the game (C3 in 2s and 3s, C2 in 1s). I try my best to stay positive and encourage them REALLY POLITELY, teach them things but they never improve, I ACTUALLY wanna cry. Please help me, it actually hurts so much. We started playing since free to play and Im already champ 3, they’re still like plat and gold level even though we play almost EVERY DAY, EVERY WEEK. Sorry for the rant, just feel like EXPLODING trying to keep it to myself. I only have 2 other friends who play rocket league so theyre the only ones I play with, and no one else would relate if I complained to them. *sigh* 🥲everytime I play with them they keep complaining about each other, and when I point out their mistakes they just tell me no, Im wrong. Im not sure how long I can keep my positivity up. IT FUCKING HURTSSS THERES A REASON IM SO MUCH HIGHER RANK THAN U FFS. It’s funny sometimes but sometimes I just cant stand it anymore. Someone kill me. Ive probably edited this 6 times adding more rants. *sigh* sorry. 🥺 in case anyone gets the wrong idea, I do not push them to be as good as me or complain about them or their ranks at all, I am an extremely nice person to everyone, especially my friends. I just feel so negative with the way they react to my help that I give willingly and their attitude towards the game. I enjoy rocket league A LOT ever since I started when it went free2play, and Im sure they enjoy the game too, but I kinda wanna stop playing with them forever but at the same time I cant because I dont have any other friends and I still love them and playing with them. Just realized I wrote a fucking essay. That’s how much it hurts.

this LAN was the most competive and flasy i have ever seen, ive been watching EVERY lan since rlcs season 4 (including dreamhacks and summit and universal open and eleague) and can say for sure that all the "minor" regions have finally caught up (except APAC but that will happen in due time)
