I didn't think it would be easy to show ma re meend on an instrument like Santoor.... Amazing at how beautifully he has done it... pure genius.... :)

I’ve read somewhere that he has modified his instrument and also developed new playing techniques, so yes, genius! If you like, you can educate me what "ma re meend" is :)

@@gevangasteren means moving from the 4th note of the scale to the second note of the scale by bending down the 4th note :)

Megh and meghmalhar are two different raagas. This is megh .

Megh and Malhar, you may say Megh as also Megh Malhar, Desh is also Desh Malhar. Malhar is in various kinds. Megh is one of them. I maybe right.
