RLPX African Export Locomotives on H-TACPAS - Tacoma, WA

While touring Tacoma looking to catch a CP heritage locomotive in the port, I found this TACPAS working the yard with blue and yellow RLPX 2001 & 2002. On my way back, I chased them up to Old Town where I'd shoot this footage. These units will eventually end up in Texas where they will be transported by ship to Africa. All I had on me was my 30 fps cellphone and my photography camera with me, but I hope you enjoy the results.
