The meditator's ever yearning for the Spirit of God & His Truth observation exercise, Roy Masters caledl 'Meditation' - It is a state of mind or posture of having one looking into their own eye-lids with their eyes close while maintaining the awareness of their hands tinkling sensations to keep them conscious of the present of mind in the now moment; while actively, observing & waiting on God with a fixed desire to know Him and His truth - what a Christian would called Prayer. This is contrary to all or other form of meditations which basically as it's goal is to lead you into passivity of mind and into a state of oblivion and relaxation.
