Though I couldn't follow Hindi that well I was amazed at one of the finest presentation of Mr.Parikkar's speech. He nailed congress with his arguments in a cogent and clear manner and after this there can be no doubt about the loot perpetrated by congress in this deal. only sad part is it happened inspite of Mr.Antony being the defence minister at that time who can never be corrupt.

What a brilliant analysis by Mr. Parrikar, as expected from an IITian, thorough, concise. Get these Congress rouges Sir. They need to be punished, enough is enough.

Should arguably be the most professional speech, rather a presentation in parl. Parrikar effectively demonstrated the importance of sticking 'issues' not 'people' He ended it in a right too wondering why there was so much noise when his speech did not refer to any person. While the speech could still have a political motive, issue based speeches like this are definitely required . The speech highlighted that any deal of such nature must cover responsibility of product realization vis a vis user requirement , material tractability , RFQ , budgetory prices (estimation) , vendor selection, , reasons for mid way changes in user requirement evaluation of bids for firm buying and last but not least setting terms of contract and contractual obligations. Those who showed hostility for this speech which did not not accuse any party or politician are really not fit to run a country like India in the modern world. The marathi style hindi slang of Defense Minsiter helped to release pressure of a serious topic. Much appreciated.
