Really beautiful build. I just built the 1/700 Academy kit and enjoyed the process - wouldn’t be averse to trying one like this. You might have just inspired me 😅

In part one of the build I do the lighting part. But it's literally just one 12v LED strip. That one strip was bright enough to light the entire model

Where to by the light kit for the model ?

It's just a 12v LED strip light used to light shelves etc.. I got it in IKEA.

Nice ship. Crappy model. Nothing fit...even closely. Deck pieces warped. Hull warped. Railings way off scale and don't line up. Just as much flash as parts. Stay away from this one. The Airfix 1/400 is better.

@@dansmodeluniverse I would like to build it too and I will take a cue from you because you did great!! But I don't know what color codes to use for the funnels…They are very complex to choose the color

@@Interismomerdawjuve Faded yellow and flat black work well. Don't use gloss or semi gloss, make sure they're matt
