I think there is some mistake in group 1 splicing..CUCUCU was a part of intron in first step..and then u wrote it as a part of Exon... Other than this everything was understood..

Sir I think there is a confusion in trans splicing There is two different RNA transcript present in trans splicing instead of single RNA Thank you Warm Regards Raksha Sharma
