Ok y'all. First off I'm the owner of this 950 andi rode with RNG the weekend before this video. He saw how I ride and we discussed what we should do for clutch setup. Took the buggy to him and said let's do this and I'll tell you what. What a huge difference in how this thing runs. Took it out today and rode dust, mud, hills and trails with no issues what so ever. Thank you so much for the set up. For the nay-sayers that say his kits aren't good for mud, sorry guys but I'm calling bullshit. This clutch setup is excellent in the mud. Thanks for all you do Redneck garage.very happy customer.

RNG, you did not line up a primary marker lines, we watch the video and you'll see that you had to Marks and you line them up crooked when you put it back on

Hello Ren, thank you for your all content. I live far from US. I dont drive aggesively, the only thing I need is much smoother clutch for maneuver in car park with L and R gears. What solution would you recommend to have a much smooter maneuver at very low maneuvers.

The nut on the primary 32mm was normal thread correct looked like your impact was spinning left, just the bolt was reversed thread

I have the 21 uforce 800, the primary with the aluminum cover was lefty loosy.. couldn't figure out why it wouldn't come off. And it only had the one bolt.

Yes. That is a wet clutch system. Totally different system.

Hey Redneck, if I’m not experienced using impacts, Can I use socket tools and socket wrenches to break loose the primary and secondary bolts? I just don’t want to strip the bolts or threads cause then I will have serious problems. Thank you!

Yes you can. You would just need a way to hold the clutches in place like a block of wood jammed in There or something. I say wood because it’s soft.

My primary clutch kit it will lower them while cruising as much as they can be lowered. Can’t lower them a whole lot.

If you had to replace the primary clutch that holds the weights how do u make sure you line it up where you had the marks? I only had to replace the the first part of the clutch where the belt touches.

Is cca wireing anygood because I got it by accident instead of 100% cooper, and I don't know if it would be safe to use on any wireing for atv accessories

Copper clad aluminum wire isn’t a bad wire and does help with long term corrosion. Use the heat shrink connectors I use to seal everything up real good and it will be good.

Hello redneck, I have a question if you could please answer? I have zforce500. I put a uni air filter in last summer, I only have 23 hours on it. I am using for the first time this year...I took air filter out to clean and oil...there was oil in in filter box, not alot a couple of tablespoons maybe?? Is this normal? Or maybe it is from oil from the air filter? Maybe I over sprayed??? I have read about blow by....please can you advise??

Oil I. The filter box is normal. However when I relocated mine to the bed. All of that stopped. The breather is too close to the crank case that’s why this happens

I noticed you marked the casing before removing the primary (6:00) but it doesn't seem you used that when putting it all back together. Is that alignment not as critical? Also on reassembly can the spreader bolt be put into the secondary before reinstalling to make it easier. I've already ordered and can't wait to get the parts to get working on it.

Marking the case isn’t necessary. But marking the 2 clutches and aligning those marks up are.

Just depends on the unit. The stock spring is a good spring. It’s capable of doing anything you need it to. With the stock spring you have plenty of adjustability. Go too stiff of a spring like others and it leaves you with no adjustability and it’s too stiff.

@@R.N.GPerformance how would I know. Im going to take housing off tomorrow. Dealership said when they replaced my belt that my clutches were gonna need replacing. When in high or low it takes a bit and like shakes and then it kicks in and starts moving.

I can't stand the way my UFORCE 600 takes off it gives me whiplash, you have a kit to get rid of that? We just use our machine on the farm spraying the fence line and picking up sticks around the property.
