My mother prepares same type for ROTTI Thank you My mother in-law doesn't add sambar pudi and even kharapudi, but they add green chillies, garlic, hasi copra in a mixi jar and boil the gatti soppu in the same process you have done If any body doesn't have sambar pudi and khara pudi,This process also give nice taste mam
