Motorcycling is pretty niche in the UK and probably in decline in that 'market', universally hated by government, media, general public and parents alike as it is! Plus whenever I meet another biker they've never heard of 44T, even though many will be familiar with youtube. I honestly think they should take an ad out in some of the traditional print media, or have a gazebo at some big events with tv's/meet greet, even leaflet every car at moto gp Silverstone, promo material in every packet that gets sent out by wemoto etc etc get the word out by other means than the web/social media, there's a huge untapped audience that would love this but has no idea it exists. Additionally 44T doesn't seem to bend over backwards to lick the arse of the 'tubes latest algorithm requirements and produces what it damn well pleases!

These guys aren't churning out daily 10 min "vlogs" to maximize ad revenue or game the algorithm. They are putting out high quality videos made with love. That's why we love them, we can tell how passionate they are about motorcycles.

So relatable this series, reminds me of doing track day on my CBR 954, come in change stuff go back out and feel the difference love it. Everyone else had done up thousands but the 954 was so much fun.

Respring, tires and then brakes. That's how I sorted my ZX10. Wrong suspension will chew on track tires, though it depends how bad it is in the first place

Changing the clip-ons on my old R1M was the best mod I did ! Fit some Gilles gp-light bars they are sooo much better ! RCS Corsa-Corta MC and HPK discs &EBC GPFAX pads sorted the brakes, then a pipe & decent map and she’s good to go 👍👍

My first thing i do on my r1. Changes to standard master break pump to rc19 master break pump and upgrade racing break pad. After that change the tyre to slick tyre or semi slick Pirelli sc2 or sc3. tyre

Cool to hear some insight about suspension set up. You may have done something like this before that I haven't seen, but as a newer rider I'd really love a video or even a series on bike setup and how to identify issues with your setup. I realise there are already a million videos out there on the topic but there's not one mention of ejaculate in any of them!!!!

Be interesting to do one the other way around. Race bike to useable road bike. As I grow older it seems one area where we’ve learnt little in producing comfortable, tractable decent handling long lived road bikes. Some bikes are just clones, many being so similar its hard to pick between them. Practicality’s short in supply. Like accessible battery charging points, bungy hooks, decent comfy seats, more leg room and grunty motors without revving the nuts of them. This is where bmw seem to have been dominant with generally well screwed together, comfy grunty big boxers. Take race bike handling and brakes, make it more compliant, take race bike light weight and retune for big midrange with more low stomp, take easy to remove panels and turn that lot into a road bike. Keep the loud pipe. It’d be ace

Why not start with R1M that has the CCU data logging unit. The App Y-Trac is very accurate and easy to use. All assistance is captured for a deep understanding of the R1M and it's behaviour. Massively easier than AIM or D2 logging. Well done Yamaha.

You need the RaceBox connected to RaceChrono for accurate readings, the phone is only 1hz, vs 25hz of RaceBox

Race Chrono :) its pretty good. But relying on the gps signal of the phone alone CAN BE flonky. Pair it up with the RaceBox Mini on the ass of the bike and you get more accurate position tracking and therefore timings.

@@wolfurine If you want road tracking i suggest one of many - "RISER" - it tracks your route, with the option to have it animated into a small video showing the progression of the route. Race Chrono is focussed on events on tracks. You wont find any use for it on roads :)

Awesome as usual guys. Just some feedback: found the isolated left and right RHODE wireless mic channels distracting, especially when L/R is opposite to the speaker/talent position on screen.
