I just watched the old Road House after seeing this trailer because somehow I've never seen it. Wow what a great movie. And the babes in it were built different. 80's villains were also so deplorable. It will be hard for the new movie to hit that standard. Amazing how they made that movie with way less tech and resources as we have now.

In the past, trailers used to develop a sense of mystery, a sense of "I want to see what happens next!". With this trailer I don't even need to watch the movie anymore, I know all of the plot twists, how it starts, how it ends, who the characters are... AWESOME!

While I loved the original, this one is so much comedic godl with Conor playing himself, it's kind of growing on me.... also seeing Conor lose is just funny as hell... cause I want to see how much CG body double replacements for all the suck punchs Conor was doing on set.... Could you imagine trying to direct a man so high on cocaine and steroids that at any moment he could literally think he was in a championship fight, and go another higher notch insane then his usual level of coked out insanity... I'd just keep any kids and pregnant women 200 yards or further from him at all times...

I am a 78 year Vietnam veteran and I was a impulse fighter before the Marine Corps and learned to be a smarter fighter in the Corps and what I learned about head butts is when they lean back that’s when you strike first and continue smacking the crap out of your opponent and never let them get the upper hand it works. I am kinda slow so this one is hard for me but a guy I used to bounce with like to egg a guy into a headbutt then on the way in he would drop about 2-4". Nose or teeth shot everytime. I couldn't ever do it but it sure was funny to watch him do it. Most guys would be so shocked the fight was immediately over. 😂

I was surprised that I loved this film. Glad they didn't redo the original story. This felt fresh to me but also comfortably familiar too. Really liked the humour in it too. The first fight at the roadhouse made me lmao but still brutal!

I am sure going to watch the movie when coming out. Just have to say it. The original Road House was not about UFC fighters, was not about fight scenes, was not about big explosions and fast cars, and sure was not about Connor Mcgregor. It was all about Patrick Swayze doing what he does best, kick some ass.
