Chief why are you getting so upset with yourself for blundering with 30 seconds left and no increment? I play ten minute games but I realize that's too little time to play instructive chess. Imo if you're gonna take these online rapid games so seriously you have to play with more time but I'm not a coach, I just think that'd be much better for your mental.
