Yeah...sorry for the bad chess and the especially bad attitude I had all video. I might take a break from Road to 2000 videos and post other types of videos for a while (Puzzle Rush, Blitz, analyzing GM games of openings I play, etc.). It's very disheartening to see I am fully winning in every game I played this video and still ended up losing all of them and drawing one. I am regressing pretty hard and need to get a grip. 42:00 that's the cool thing about chess. It might not have been a move you would have played before this game, but now that you have seen the pattern and realize why it's so good (a multipurpose move, gaining time against the rook and defending the king). It's something you are much more likely to spot in the future if you start looking for a defense.

In the 1st game when White played qa2 you could have played qb5 with not many good places to move his bishop and protect his knight. nf1 loses to rd1.

To me, the ideal "road 2k" dude, in no order, is: Every game on his chess account is on his channel. (Rare exclusions is not a big deal if they are rare). Desires to play and plays matches and tournaments with another "road 2k dudes". At least monthly. RATED. Does recaps of the recent part of his journey. .. And you know what? Not even close. I'm gonna die before somebody meet my criteria. No offence whasoever, It's just strange to me how different my view is from other people's.
