I love jepi as well, it pays piles of dividends. My 3 biggest holdings are Apple, jepi and schd.

I have a question and need some advice. I know that REITs in IRA accounts are not taxed but would it be a good idea to have REITs in a taxable account? At least to earn a certain amount in dividends without entering a high tax bracket.

@@winfredquijano2163 great question! Not financial advice but what I would do is think about how much $ you want to put into the REITs each year, if its over $7K then putting them in a taxable account might make sense although its not as optimal as an IRA. The tax bracket is determined by your full time job income so the more $ you make the higher the bracket those dividends would be taxed at.

@@mauriciobello5527 its too tech focused for me personally + I already own MSFT and AAPL individually and VOO still has a lot of tech just less concentration.
