I got crimson pyro goblet double min crt, 3 lanes and level it up to lvl19 and it all went to flat atk and flat hp🥲 my on set goblet pieces are 0 compared to my off sets

@@treopl oh boy, i feel you friend sometimes we just need to get lucky for the 1 piece, having said that i have experienced all stats upgrades went to one substats on elemental damage bonus from geo flat 1k hp, cryo def% and so on but my best is dendro goblet having 100+ em perfect for em-dendro-em/crt nahida

Jeh it was so frustrating to watch him throwing away pieces with perfect stats just because they rolled in something else than crit once. Usefull stats>Max crit with dead stats. Crit is not everything

I think that circlet you got for yelan is absolutely insane, i'd much rather have rolls into good substats instead of JUST crit damage main stat + 17% crit chance

Ye, it's 22% ER for an Aqua Yelan. 4th stat is also flat HP which is still about 20-30% of HP%.

i like xlice man but ngl throwing pieces that arent peak cv but high sub count is getting tiring. a lot of those pieces are potentially better than high cv with other dead stats if you calc them or even just plainly playtest assuming cr is close enuff. cv isnt everything especially for hyperinvested builds that already have shit ton of crit. i mean yea he kept this one but mainly bc the current one is obviously worse but so many other cases of wasted great pieces. i hope he starts getting in depth on the stat distribution soon

Not only that, having that much ER on a single piece opens up space for the others to be great even without any ER substats, since that circlet alone pretty much covers up Yelan’s ER (with C1) needs entirely lol

I usually take 20CV pieces but I only take 38CV+ pieces for my Hu Tao. I only want the best for my girl. I'll also take 30CV if the other substats are perfect for her.

this is the perfect video that encapsulates what diminishing returns is like when it comes to Strongboxing artifacts. You should always be asking yourself when using strongbox "how bad is DR going to screw me here, what are the chances I get better artifacts for a different set that I play less and is it worth it?" Very complicated decisions you have to weigh when strongboxing early on in a patch.

I have an emblem hp% circlet w 5.8% ER 14.4% CR and 21% CD I got it before Yelan and actually I just wanted a piece over 50 CV (close one I would say) and when I saw it I was like... Okay lets keep it whatever. (hp% was bad at back then, because no one needed it, but now that piece is carrying my Yelan build smh)

Before I got the electro dmg bonus goblet for raiden, I was using a DEF % piece on it, cz of the crit rate being 7 something % and 28% crit dmg with 5.2% ER which then when I got the electro goblet, I used it up, ended with 14% crit rate and 21% crit dmg and no ER :D

normally i get so good pieces from the emblem domain i just got 2 electro dmg goblets with good stats but they both got hp% new and didnt even roll once into crit 😭 this video cursed me with possible artifacts that i can throw away ;-;
