This episode of "Road to the Games" follows Games athletes Austin Malleolo, Spencer Hendel and four-time Games champ Rich Froning to the Bahamas for the second annual Reebok Athlete Summit. The weekend includes bonding, bickering and, of course, lots of fitness.

had to look up what that title meant! haha A ménage à trois (French for "household of three") is a domestic arrangement in which three people having romantic and/or sexual relations with each other occupy the same household. It is a form of polyamory. hahahha

They werent really working out that hard. A couple sets of squats, a couple sets of cleans, and then some sled pushes? Then they spend the rest of the day eating, hanging out by the pool, and horsing around. Im far from elite and even I can do three workouts in a day.

Baitul Maqdis I would actually disagree with you, I would argue that 99% of the population could never achieve this level of fitness regardless of how much tren or clen they took. but hey, everyone can have their own opinion. From my experience, you can never sway the "anyone could do this with steroids!" crowd

Baitul Maqdis I dont know, I still have a lot of questions. I mean Ben Smith was in the background for years and no one ever accused him of being on gear, now he's in first place so did he suddenly start gearing?

How can you say it was "one time luck" if he got top ten in 12 out of 13 events? In fact he placed first or second in 4 separate events. Hardly seems like a one time thing, clearly he is a superior competitor
