I’m planning this trip! It would be my first solo mountain trip as a snowboarder. Is it best to stay at Brian Head Lodge?

I stayed at a vacation rental next to the Giants Steps lift and love it! There where lots of places to stay up there that all seemed pretty good for access to the lifts tho. Have a fun trip, the drive alone was worth it!

It’s about 5 and a half hour drive from flagstaff to Brian head. Lots of beautiful scenery to look at! I made pit stops at the Colorado River and Hurricane UT. Left at 8 am and was on the ski lift around 2pm :)
