I am willing to buy this but heard some negative reviews about engine noise and vibrations (as it is a 3 cylinder engine). ..are they true? How u are managing?

There is a little bit of vibration at high rpms only.This is not a engine that loves to revved like suzuki engines and since this is a turbo engine you don't really need to rev it as it has a very strong midrange. Regarding engine noise, I don't really like super silent engines being a car enthusiast. You should take a test drive and see if it suits you. A 3 cylinder turbo engine is any day better than a 4 cylinder naturally aspirated engine.The only advantage a 4 cylinder will have is a smoother and more silent engine. But the trade offs are not worth it.
