@@jkbenbot9305I think Markus imagined the doctor as Calypso. Maybe he was hearing the doctor and began to imagine him as a powerful person.

Pretty much the lore behind Twisted Metal: Black. It’s why I’m begging for a new Twisted Metal on PS5, they deserve to tell another story like Black again with even better graphics and awesome cutscenes

I view Marcus as a Tragic Character in Twisted Metal.

So in this ending, Twisted Metal is basically the Matrix just with cars instead of martial arts, a wish-granting mass murderer instead of machines and digital beings, and with more carnage.

Pool Needles Kane aka Sweet Tooth. I feel like Calypso know Marcus is Needles well he does it was in TM Head On Marcuse ending but in a way he respect him. He sees Sweet Tooth as a heir to his creation Twisted Metal. I think he puts him testes to see if he can be that person to pass on his contest
