The day had finally arrived, it was time to bring my Suzuki Jimny in to the R&L Wildog Fitment Centre, to finally get the finished bumpers installed. What a difference!

Bro next u need to upgrade the suspension and side mirrors with led lights and add 360 camera so we can watch the car in every bit of angle love it I know what I’m getting soon

Really impressed with the look and quality of the bumpers! The steps though...functional as rocksliders? Mounting brackets are gonna catch i.m.o!

Hey Phil! We will have to see. It obviously needs to have a strong connection to the body for it to be a rockslider but the bottom of the jimny is pretty clear actually, the radial arms are still over 20mm lower on the car than mounting arms for the rocksliders

That is one mean machine. Just cant help notice your video production which is getting better and better alongwith the jimny.You both are getting upgraded...seriously Suzuki are getting a free pass.They need to give you some royalties from every jimny they sell in the globe.

Nice setup as always :) consider adding protective circle shims on the suspension arm mounts - those are soft and tend to crumble upon touching some hard terrain.

They radial arm cups are particularly soft on the jimny, we are adding 3mm steel cups on to make it stronger and less likely to hook on things which a nice smooth flat surface.

Roam Overlanding the weight isn’t actually that bad. that’s the sort of figure you’d want with bar work for the Jimny.

I will be installing a winch at some point! ATV 2500LB winch with a Synthetic cable to keep the weight as low as possible

These bumpers and rocksliders are about ZAR35,000.00 which is very good. But to import it overseas would make it more expensive obviously.

Thanks for the reply, I guess it's a fairly good deal, indeed. Unrelated question: is the sound insulation perhaps an upcoming project? From all of your videos and a million other on Jimnys, it seams that for the time when it's not off-road, it can get quite noisy :)

@@sudvag one of the issues I have with sound insulation is that it is incredibly heavy, and because you have to cover basically the whole car in it, you're going to add a lot of weight to the vehicle, the sound really doesnt bug me that much.
